Every buyer has the right to a complaint and refund, which is regulated by the Consumer Protection Act.
If for any reason the buyer is not completely satisfied with the purchased product he can return it within 14 days of receipt of the product without giving reasons or replace it with another suitable product, provided that the returned product is not used or damaged. The return period starts from the day when the buyer received the product.
Refunds will be made only after the returned products are received by the seller, with a copy of the invoice. The shipment cost, ie the return of incorrectly ordered or advertised products is borne by the buyer.

Written complaints
Art. 10. Consumer Protection Act
A written complaint can be submitted by mail or e-mail. The Faculty of Organization and Informatics (seller) is obliged to respond to a written complaint in writing within 15 days after the date of receipt of the complaint.
The seller is obliged to preserve and keep records of buyer complaints on a permanent medium for one year after the date of receipt of the written complaint.
