The FOI Webshop website is owned by the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Organization and Informatics, Pavlinska 2, 42000 Varaždin, OIB: 02024882310.
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the FOI Webshop, ie the website shop.foi.hr.
The Faculty of Organization and Informatics reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions of business and use of the website, of which it is obliged to inform the public on the same website.
The Faculty of Organization and Informatics as the owner of the FOI webshop website does not take responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on this website, but upon warning it is obliged to correct any errors within 3 working days after the error is reported.
Prices
All listed prices are expressed in Croatian kuna (HRK) and include the calculated legally prescribed VAT rate. The price does not include shipping costs, which are specified during ordering procedure.
The Faculty of Organization and Informatics (seller) is authorized to change prices without prior notice. It is also authorized, without prior notice, to specify discounts, daily or weekly promotions, promotions for an individual product, group of products, and / or for all products at any time. Promotion prices will be clearly indicated with each product.
